We understand your frustration with the lost or stolen package case. Since we are not affiliated with the shipping company, we won't be able to help you with this case. We suggest that you contact the shipping company and open an investigation with them. The sooner you do that, the better chance they can find your package especially if they delivered it to the wrong address. If you package was stolen, we suggest you report it to the local authority, then place a new order, and have it ship to a different address that is more secure.
